UNICLIPS - HEAVY DUTY BOLTED HOSE CLAMP
The UniClamp’s simplistic, compact, and yet highly effective design provides a quality cost effective solution for larger clamping applications. The UniClamp`s is designed with the set screw recessed into a round trunnion which facilitates easy installation. The UniClamp’s, is manufactured with an insert guide to prevent the fastener from damaging the hose, and there is no welding, which minimises the risk of corrosion. A useful roll over facility provides an "in the field" option to reduce the range without any special tooling. The re-usable Universal Heavy Duty UniClamp’s are suitable for all plastic and rubber hoses. Two basic options available:
MILD (CARBON) STEEL SERIES
The Mild Steel Clamp is constructed from high quality zinc electroplated steel, ideal for agricultural, industrial, or heavy vehicle applications, where a solid clamping action is required. The mild steel UniClamps are yellow di-chromate coated (passivated) for extra protection against corrosion.
316 STAINLESS STEEL SERIES
This fully stainless steel heavy duty clamp is manufactured from an acid and corrosive resistant 316 stainless steel band with matching 316 stainless steel set screw and nut. Ideal for marine, mining or chemical applications where there is a heavy clamping requirement in a highly corrosive environment.

The Uniclamp has a useful option to reduce the clamping range "in the field by simply rolling the band over the trunnion. No special tooling is required.
